At-Tariq opens with the oath of the piercing night star. It draws a parallel between human creation from water and resurrection — if Allah created us once, He can recreate us.
Imagine looking up at the vast night sky and seeing a bright, piercing star shining through the darkness. Surah At-Tariq, meaning "The Night Star," reminds us that just as Allah keeps watch over every star in the heavens, He also watches over us with love and protection.
